Yes. FOA sheets are formulated to work in HE machines as well as standard top- and front-loaders.
Yes — the formula fully dissolves at all temperatures, from cold cycles to hot washes.
Use 1/2 sheet for a small load, 1 for a medium load, and 2 for a heavily soiled or full drum. You can also tear a sheet in half to stretch each box further on very small loads.
Each sheet is pre-measured, so there's no scooping, spilling, or plastic jug to throw away. The formula is biodegradable and free of harsh chemicals, and 30 sheets take up a fraction of the shelf space of a liquid bottle.
